Amanda hooked me up with a mortgage guy who got me approved for not 1 but 4 rental properties and I ended up buying 4 properties with her help. she also hooked me up with an insurance guy who saved me a bunch of money and gave me more coverage! The city inspector couldn’t get a hold of the out of state owner of the house I was about to buy. I had the water scheduled to be on in my name and the inspector got my name though the water records. he called me and said I had less than 48 hours to remove the massive amount of trash that was infront of the house that was left behind from the tenant or he would give me a fine of up to $1,000. This wasn’t even my hosue yet. Amanda went to work and made sure the trash was removed just a few hours later and the cost went to the sellers end. That’s an agent who cares!
